Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide the correct return address along with detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item received
  • A manufacturing defect
  • Damage during shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as LucyinLane is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed successfully, please note:

  • Returned merchandise must comply with all return eligibility requirements listed above.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received without prior approval may be refused.
  • Customers should package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • LucyinLane reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with this policy.
